Concept work
Three short demonstrations: a website designed to turn visitors into bookings, and two automations that answer and follow up for you.
Concept builds using a sample business and sample data.
Furnace and AC repair with upfront pricing and a two-hour arrival window.
Choose a two-hour arrival window.

A concept for a sample heating company. Someone with a broken furnace wants to know one thing: how soon can you get here? This page answers that first, and lets them book in three taps.

We reply within two hours, seven days a week.
Concept 02: Automation
As soon as the form is sent, the request is checked, saved and sent to the owner by text. The customer gets a reply before they close the page. Nobody copies anything by hand.

Hi Priya, thanks for having us out this morning. Your quote for the furnace replacement is attached. Happy to answer any questions.
Quote-1042.pdfJust checking the quote reached you. We have openings next week. Reply here and we'll lock one in.
Thanks for the reminder! Tuesday morning works. Let's book it.
Concept 03: Follow-up
Quotes often go quiet because people get busy. A short, friendly check-in goes out on its own. When the customer replies, the remaining reminders are cancelled automatically.

Questions
Have another question? Add it to your request and we will answer it in our reply.
It depends on the work, because a form repair and a full website are very different jobs. We talk through what you need first. If you decide to go ahead, the price is agreed in writing before any work starts, and anything outside that scope is agreed before we do it.
Small fixes, such as a broken form or a mobile layout problem, often take a few days. A small business website usually takes a couple of weeks. Automation work depends on how many systems are involved. These are typical ranges, not commitments. Your proposal sets out the timeline for your project, and we let you know early if it needs to change.
Often, yes. Many sites only need a speed improvement, a mobile fix and a working contact form. We review what you have and recommend the option we believe offers better value.
New sites are built on fast, modern technology that is usually inexpensive to host. For existing sites we can work with many common platforms, such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify. If we think a platform cannot do what you need, we tell you early and suggest an alternative.
The repetitive work around customer inquiries. That includes saving form submissions to a CRM or spreadsheet, alerting you right away, sending confirmations and reminders, sorting requests by service and confirming bookings. Tasks you do the same way every week are often good candidates.
Often, yes. Many common email, spreadsheet, CRM, calendar, form, invoicing and messaging tools can be connected, depending on what each tool allows. We check your tools before anything is agreed.
Sometimes. Governments in Canada run programs that can help businesses adopt new technology, including AI. Some are grants, which do not have to be repaid. Others are loans or other financing, which do. Programs, eligibility and intake dates change often, so a good place to start is the Government of Canada's Business Benefits Finder. Cypressa is not affiliated with any government program and does not prepare funding applications. If a program asks for a project description or a supplier quote, our written proposal sets out the scope, price and timeline.
Yes, if you want it. Support can be a monthly arrangement for updates and monitoring, or hourly help when you need it. The scope, response times and price of any support are set out in writing.
Ownership is set out in your project agreement. Our usual approach is to register your domain and hosting accounts in your name and to transfer the work we create for you once the project is paid in full. Some parts, such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and third-party services, are licensed rather than owned and stay subject to their own terms.
